I can't believe that I am being ripped off by Old Mutual, I took out policies with them end of November last year and when I signed for the policies I was very specific with the fact I would like the policy to start running only in February. To my surprise when I returned to work from my maternity leave the policy was already reflecting on the January payslip, when I ask for my money back I am told that I will be charged penalty because it's not his fault that the policy started being active in January. I want my money in full!!!

I thought I could trust this company to take care of my children's future but clearly my children will have no education because I would struggle to get the money I would have saved for them, if I am experiencing such problems in the beginning then I can just imagine when I have to get my children's education policy payout.

Let alone my pension money when I retire!!! I will save up with them and end up with nothing as if it's their money!!!

On top of it all the other policy I cancelled when I upgraded to the one I'm now having problems with is also still active on my payslip, like honestly I don't need this!!!
