Since my dads stroke, we had to sort out a few of his policies, He seems to be paying for all these policies but unfortunately has not utilized them. On hearing that he had a hospital cash plan with AIG, through his bank statements, We called the call centre and was told to fill in the forms, get it signed by his doctors and fax them through, which is exactly what we did, on the 29th of August i phoned the call centre to find out how far the claim was, i was then told that they could not place that policy on the system. And that an email will be sent to higher management, I called back on the 19th of september and was told exactly the same thing. I have sent emails with the attached bank statements to verify that he indeed is paying for this policy. Im still waiting for a reply. I dont understand these companies, they have no problem with deducting your money and promising you efficient services, but once you sign these papers, you struggle to get what is due to you.
how is it possible to deduct monthly but have np proof of any such policies.
