African bank together destroy peaple's life

Sometimes last week I called African bank regarding the complain I am currently having. The call centre together with their team leader agent was useless & unwilling to help. They transfer my call from one person to another. when you request for team leader they will drop the call for. I don't think they deserve to have call centre department

African bank claim that I have open an account with them and now the account has been handed over to legal. I called the contact centre & was advice to go to the branch. I eventually consult in Braamfotein branch which i was inform by one of the consultant that they can not see any record on their system. they matter was left unresolved. I AM CURRENTLY APPLYING FOR HOME LOAN AND THE BANKS ARE PICKING UP ITC RECORD WITH African bank.
