Loyalty Fee

On my last monthly statement an amount of R270 was added for services fees. I hate this but I have had it on other credit cards. However, the there is a further amount charged of R270 as a "Loyalty Fee". For the sake of my sanity and before I cancel this card, will someone please explain why I should be pay to be loyal to the Standard Bank??? All others reward me for being loyal. My card Number is 5221 7500 4010 2230.
