African Bank Blacklists without Notice

I have been unemployed for over 3 months. I have received one call from African Banks Legal department telling me to pay the account and that if I am unemployed I must send them a affidavit stating I am unemployed.

I went to get this affidavit but had no details to send it to. Now I receive a sms stating that I am blacklisted.

I phone there call centre without them giving a dame about this account and say that they can't help me I must speak to the Legal department. I ask for the number for the Legal department and they say they can't give it to me. Then how the am I meant to sort this out.

And how can African Bank just Blacklist me with out helping me to try sort my debt out first. I start a new job end of month but only if my credit record is clear. Now I won't get this job.

I will be going to my Lawyer and will take this matter further. That is a guarantee.
