Their consultants need to be honest to customers

Good Day

I went to African bank for a loan cause I had they will help same day and with banks they make you wait and also some consultant at the bank have bad attitude, well the consultant at African bank help me get a loan and he told me their interest is cheaper than all the banks and for the first month its free, well I was happy first time try to get a loan and I was helped than end of the following month I was called by a consultant in Gauteng stating that my account is in areas and that was a shocked and I told her she take both amount in that month cause the other consultant to get me than currently I lost my job, I went to the branch in West street to inform one of their consultant that I m not working and the lady there told me I did a good thing but I must phone the Gauteng collection department and they will help and advice me what to do I phone the consultant and she said they cant help cause I must have proof and since I was in a call centre I don't have any proof, most people I have met are all complaining about African bank, So friends use your bank instead of being and service its not good all over Hello we are in the worst country of them all SA
