This is to say thank you to the Nedbank CSS team that helped behind the scene and Kamal especially for the brilliant service in the the recovery of money to the value of R7 800. With your insight and know how it was a relief to have someone on our (consumer) side for a change that understands.
Well to make the story short. Hubby bought something via EFT from a company here in SA - Supplier: Direct Phone Shop with a Capitec Account - PLS DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE - once it was paid they argued they had not been paid even when there was proof of it. They then ignored all warnings of legal action from us. Two months later still no goods. I then contacted the two banks CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / OMBUDSMAN and the issue was immediately address by NEDBANK via requested client proof and the SAPS case file was made. We where warned that it could take months for the funds to MAYBE refunded to us... but JUST THIS WEEK not even barely three weeks and we have it all back.. THANK YOU Kamal and team.. We are VERY grateful to you
