Probably the worst service ever!

Spoke to Maria Smith - just called for lower premium because of the increase - she first told me, there's no discounts I'm on the maximum discount of 24%, then she said I need to speak to Retention for a lower premium - then Retention can't speak to me cos she needs to log a call for them to call me, then they can only respond in 72hrs, I told her that's unacceptable - 72hrs? she said it's the turn arond time, then I asked to speak to a Manager - this was proably the worst question I could ever ask, - out of nowhere suddenly she can reduce the premium by 10%, then she refused to give me her surname, then she took 16minutes to get her manager on the line - her Manager Bradley Botha is just as unprofessional as Maria, no wonder they are in one team - he then spoke to me and told me about a R100 reduction from I don't know where and was clearly not interested in me as a client - the worst service ever - I've never been treated like this by any company...
