KING PRICE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

I have been with kingprice insurance for 12months now and my policy increased by R400 when i called in they said a consultant will call me back after waitinfg for 15minutes on that irritating line asking me to leave a message every 10seconds. After replying to a consultant a few times via email the consultant Sharmini Gangee calls me to say let me see what i can do for you to better your premium as this increase was too high for me she made me wait for 10minutes and asked me silly questions that wasnt relevant to helping me in anyway e.g am I married? she then comes back on the line and says she spoke to her Manager and says they can only lower my premium by R50?? Furter more she wasnt even willing to offer me a better premium to allow me to stay and when i told her i will rather find another insurance she didnt care and told me i will get confirmation that the policy will be cancelled? i would like to know why my so called insurance couldnt help me in anyway and why they have such employees working in a client retention departmen if her aim is not to make a client happy or keep a clients business and its the first time i got such poor service from an insurance company.
