No Manager details allowed to be given out

I owed Discovery an amount of R1500 for which I was handed over on ITC. I have paid up this money and as per ITC I called Discovery to have my name removed from ITC as a default payer. Spoke to Nadir in the Member Debt Department who assisted my quite well in having my name UPDATED on ITC, but refused to give instruction to have the listing removed. He explained that it was as per instructions from his manager that he cannot remove it. I then asked to speak to his manager and he gave me his Team Leader's name, I then asked for the MANAGER's name and email address again and he just gave me the name, Tamara Samuels, and told me they are not allowed to give her contact details to me because I am not allowed to speak to her directly. I need to apparently go through another call centre first before I can speak to her.
Are the managers at Discovery not contactable? Are they untouchable? Are they simply too good to speak to customers?
Who ever responds to this should be the person to remove the listing!

I know that Discovery can give instruction to have this listing removed, so do it! I don't owe you anything anymore and I wish to have nothing to do with Discovery anymore!
