Competive short term insurance repricing

I would like to compliment Lesego Mampana, a Customer Retention consultant at Outsurance. My short term insurance needs have changed as I have recently bought a property. After comparing quotes with various insurers, my existing insurer, Outsurance, was the most expensive. I therefore phoned Outsurance and asked if they could give me some discounts, since I have been a client for quite a few years. Lesego reduced my premium by around R500 per month, with which I am very satisified. It clearly pays to ask for a discount, and I was pleasantly surprised at Outsurance to keep me as a client.
