Reported but received no answe

I was outside the country by work and I was paying my account by stop order so when I came back I realized that I didn't get statements for the duration I was away (six months) then I phoned their costomer service to report the matter, the person who was helping me told me that someone made a replacement card and change my address so I have to fax them my rcs card, ID, affidavit and three signatures but they didn't get back to me since 25.11.2011, I did try to make follow ups by phoning, faxing but with no success then I decided to cancell the stop order to draw their attention but they sent me collectors lawyers instead since then their lawyers are phoning me telling me that they gonna make me pay even if I explain. And again I wrote an email to them and they said I must send them my account number sothat they can help me but still they didn't come back with a feedback but the lawyers again phoned me today asking what must they do with my account. So I need someone from rcs to attend this matter.
