Handing over to Lawyers

I had the Netstar installed my car after buying it. July 2012 and on the 16 February 2013 and the device was taken when the car was towed so I called them sometime during May 2013 to have my contract with the cancelled since I didn't have a car anymore. When I asked for a settlement amount, I was told it was R1900 and some change and was told that I would be called back to discuss the payment arrangements. Month end May, they deducted R2100 and some change without informing me of that and then I went back to my bank and had the money reversed back to my account and on the 12 I received an sms saying that I was handed over to thrie lawyers.. The question I have is that, how do they deduct cash from my account before them calling me and to be handed over to lawyers within a month of calling them to request for my settlement figure. So I should suffer and consult their lawyers just because they didn't make a follow up since they said they would call me and now my name is going to be recorded as a bad payer, so what's next, ITC, I thought they were professionals but now I see otherwise, I want them to take my name out from their lawyers and discuss payment methods, not the way they are doing.
