False Billing

I got an Invoice Telling I owe the Doc the amount on Tue 2013/10/29 03:25 PM and I've been Trying to get hold of who ever is handling the account to make the payment arrangements as I was told the account was handed over to some attorney. A number was given to me buy the Doc receptionist (Accounts Dep), I phoned the "Attorney's and guess what? They told me I don't have any account with them (Mean I got nothing with them). Fine went back to the DOc Office advised and no they insisted account was not with them but the external attorney's. Ok back to attorney and Yes same response they cant find anything under my ID or Ref (Given by the Doc office) Well now decided to walk in to the Doc office and she did phone the External lawyers with me in front of her and she got same response been getting. and Promised to phone be back... Till today Nothing from her. This been on for months now and Im being billed every day for lawyers (invisible lawyers) feel
