Taking me to lawyers without any correspondence

Ruth from cell c phoned me telling me that form the R6000.00 which i was suppose to pay i must pay R4000 we agreed on that but i told her that they must give me terms on how to pay this and also they must remove my name from the lawyers, she said to me she will go to their legal dept and ask if its possible she phoned back and told me that the legal department says i must make arrangement with the lawyers there is nothing they can do I said to her i wont make arrangements with the lawyers because i don't know why they took my name there without talking to me first or by sending me letters telling me they are handing me over and there is nothing wrong that i did the first person i spoke to regarding this case was a man and they do not have the correspondence I want to pay through cell c not lawyers"
