NOT HAPPY

I phoned SABC in 2009 to advise them that I had got divorced and that my ex husband had taken the TV with him they informed me to write a letter and send it to them stating what I had informed them. I didn't hear from them again until the end of last year 2012 when their lawyers phoned me to inform me that they had handed me over and if I don't pay they will put my name on ITC.

I informed the lawyers that I had phoned SABC and sent them a letter to cancel my TV licence they then in turn said it has nothing to do with them I must deal with SABC. I spoke to a lady called Rose (did write her surname down) at SABC and asked for what the process was for the 100th time, she informed me to send a letter with my divorce papers to their cancellation department and she guarantee that everything will be sorted out, she gave me the fax number where I had to send it. I tried faxing the letter and relevant documents to the fax no 4 times, eventually I phoned them and asked for an email address that was given, I have mailed them twice and still no answer until I received an email and sms from the lawyers, I cc the lawyers in the 3rd mail and yesterday I got an sms from them again
