REJECTED CLAIM ON ATTEMPTED CAR

My car was attempted to be resulting in R22000 in damages as per assessment from the insurance, the insurance rejected my claim and cancelled my policy and reimbursed my 5months premiums, claiming that i had answered one of their questions dishonestly whereby they reduced my premiums with R25 rands of discount. My claim was logded with them on the 30 Nov 2012 till to this day my car is kept on their yard without any finalisation from them as the case is with their internal dispute.

Ever Since i had to call the insurance everyday as they do not even bother to call me to advise me of the progress of the Dispute or Claim... My car is a brand new car and it was only 5months old when the insurance took it for assessment.
