POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Last year l did put a car claim were my son a car and caused an accident. We were advised by budget consultants that we must open a case against my son of which we did l even spoke to their legal Department and they told me to give their no to the third party they must put their claim directly with them and l did that. Later l was told that claim was approved and how much access l must pay. After a year we are receiving summonses from the third party claiming expenses. I phoned and l spoke to Fransis who told me that the claim was rejected because it was my son driving and the is no question about it if they pay it will be. Why was not l told before opening a case for my son cause l would have taken decision on whether to repair my car for my self cause already there was a quote that was less than the access l pain and also why did nt the insurance write us a letter to inform us that the claim for third party was rejected. Fransis is telling me they are not forced to write me a letter they wrote a letter to the third party but it makes me angry cause who is paying the monthly premiums. This is not fair for us and it is causing frustrations on our side.
