Unfair Insurance Claim Rejection - Dial Direct

My vehicle insurance claim was rejected based on ambiguous questions, here-say and assumptions. My son was involved in an accident, he was questioned by a consultant the day after on how often he uses the car. Thereafter someone from TELESURE called questioning him (son), his girlfriend, myself and his employer which could have jeopardized his reputation and job. It was assumed my son used the car more often than my wife and I based on the questions asked. The rejection of the claim was based on assumption that my son was the regular driver. Their so called "Dispute Resolution Dept" did not investigate nor call us however they listened to the same recordings and came to the same conclusion. IT'S REALLY NOT WORTH TAKING INSURANCE OVER THE PHONE!!!
