Manipulated affodability and reckless lending

Direct axis offered me a loan last year november of the total debt is R 49 520 and the repayment per months is R1775.00 after they have seen that I have settled the loan with them Quickly.i dont think they have done a proper credit check on me. I called them to notify that i am unable to pay the agreed instalment, I asked for a payment arrangement of R 500.00 and I was told that I dont qualify as my loan is not more than 6 months.my total debts excluding Direct axis is R607 235.00 and the total repayments per months is 9830.00 and my net income is R 9891.89.
