Poor service even after complaint attended to

Firstly let me say that this site is quite useful. received a call re my complaint 2 days after lodging it. consultant was friendly and helpfull and promised to contact me asap re feedback for my third party claim. few days have past. i have not received any feedback and when contacting the call centre you wait and wait and wait... gave up after 30 minutes of holding to be attended to. this i feel is dissapointing. i dont really want to deal with the third party attorneys as the last email i received from them stated it is my fault for not having my vehicle insured after i was the victim in the accident. i am still without a vehicle. where to from here??? ombudsman???
