Accident 3rd party claim

Hi, I posted a complaint 4 days ago on your facebook page and was advised to write a report on your website as the Supplier is registered on your site. An accident happened on the 30/10/2013 between my car and another car. I reported it to the first party's insurance which is Alexander Forbes, to prevent me from losing my no claim bonus. An assessor from Alexander Forbes has already been by me which is now more than a month ago and nothing is happening. All I get told is to wait 30-60 days for my car to be seen to as if the accident was my fault to start with? The woman rode into me and I am claiming from her insurance. What makes me more frustrated is the fact that most companies are closing for the holidays on the 13th Dec. How long must I wait? Their service is utterly ridiculous and I cannot open my driver's side door properly. It is going to start rusting like this as the paint is off on quite a number of places as the lady's vehicle damaged my vehicles right hand side from the fender all the way just past the passenger's door. Who is going to cover further damages to my vehicle? I use my car every day and therefore need my vehicle back the way it was as soon as pos
