I have been waiting for a third party claim to be sorted out since the 4 October 2013 when Mutual & Federal's client bumped into the back of my vehicle, it took 3 weeks and 3 days just to get an assessor to my vehicle, (which I arrange myself not mutual & federal), and now it has been nearly 6 working days and still no assessment report has been handed in! when I call in for feedback I get told to contact the assessor myself as there is nothing they can do.
I understand this is a third party claim and I am not Mutual & Federal's priority but this is unacceptable, I have explained numerous times that my vehicle boot does not close nor do my doors lock due to this accident and I require my vehicle to drive down to Cape Town on the 15 December, time is running out for me to have my vehicle repaired by then and the Mutual & Federal staff are not willing to assist me to speed up this process!
