As previously posted to Standard Bank, i have no joy from Arangies Attorneys with regard to my 3rd party claim. i am the victim of bad driving from the insured. Accident happened a month ago, i have to keep calling and contacting to receive feedback. when i do enquire via email, i get treated like i was the party at fault. i am without a vehicle currently and due to circumstances cannot afford insurance, yet i get told by Riaan that if i needed the vehicle so badly, i should have had it insured. This i feel very dissatified about. i then decided to contact him telephonically and was informed that my claim will only be tackled mid December. Correct me if im mistaken, but usually companies close round that time of the year, which in turn means that im only looking at next year. i am however surprised at the positive comments for the company on this site, obviously im not dealing with the same people as before. Also again it should be noted that i had contacted the assesor that was sent put to assess my vehicle, and even he was surprised as to no feedback from the company as he assessed the vehicle 3 weeks ago. please i beg for intervention with regard to my claim.
