I don't think I've ever received such horrible service from a bank in my life ever before. Our geyser bust Thursday night and my fiance called to report the matter Friday morning, which he was told a plumber would come through on Saturday. Is didn't happen, so I called them today on Monday to find out what happened, only to find that his call wasn't logged, no one had any idea about our problem. Furious as I was I logged a call with an agent called Sibongile, she was rude, didn't for once sympathies but kept placing me on holding. We definitely going to stop the insurance seeing how useless it is, we would even move to a different bank if it were possible.
