My geyser burst on the 4th of June. I called FFW and explained to the guy who was helping me that i've got running water all over the yard as i couldn't stop it. he told me that some1 will be here within an hour. 70 minutes later there was no 1 who contacted me and i called him back and he said he will follow up. anada hour went by and was only assisted on the 3rd hour by 24/7 Fix and that was the only time the water has been running non stop. Not happy!!! when they came, they installed the pressure valve i think to stop the water and was told someone will be here the next day to replace the geyser and also requested i pay the R150 for the part they had installed?? i told the guys i don't have it and promised to pay the next day. The next day i didn't go to work as i was told by Conrad that the plumbers will be here first thing in the morning, it didn't happened i had to fight and it was only done by midday. Today the 22nd of June the geyser was leaking again? i called at 4pm to report this, at 5:30pm no one had contacted me. I had to call back as no one has the courtesy to find out if the plumbers have contacted me. only at 6pm i was told that some will be here at 7. what theF
