Geyser damaged, no hot water for 5 days!!!

My geyser burst on 1 January. As the insurance company was closed, I had to wait until 2 January to lodge the claim. Reginald was very helpful and sent me my reference number. No sign of a plumber all day so I called him back on Friday morning. According to him they had replaced the geyser! This is very strange as I live in the house and no one had been there to even look at the geyser. I then spoke to another consultant was I could not get hold of Reginald. He advised me that he would ensure that the company they outsource plumbing to would contact me on Friday. It was already 16h30... I then received a call from a Hanock from the company who source the plumbers saying that they were struggling to find a plumber! He advised that someone would be at my house at 10h00 on Saturday morning. About 5 minutes later he called me again saying that he made a mistake and they would only be at my house at 16h00 on Saturday. It is now Monday morning and I have still not seen a plumber. This is now 5 days without hot water and having to boil kettles (killing my electricity bill) for bathing, washing dishes, etc. This is the worst service I have ever had in over 25 years from an insurance co!!!
