Burst Geyser - - Please NOT FNB and 24 Fix

I am sitting with burst geyser at this time. My claim was logged with FND on Thursday 31 October. They then said they will get the plumber to contact me.
So the FNB appointed contracter contacted me and could only come out the following day and they did. He had a look and a new geyser had to be ordered and was promised it will either be Friday or Saturday. However, not a word from either FNB or 24 fix agin Till Monday.
On Monday I received a call from 24 Fix asking to please be at my premises at 12h00. At 15h30 i called them, they in turn called the plumeber that was supposed to do the job. They explained he arrived at my premises, then realised he had the wrong geyser, simply left and went back, so nobody including myself knew what was happening.. Now they will order the geyser that was promised four days ago!! Still no hot water. Shocking FNB and 24 Fix. I sincerely hope FNB will not put their other clients through the same misery by appointg them to fix insurance claims.
