Lack of communication and slow delivery

Had my account hacked and money taken out. replacement card was dispatched 11 November but I still don't have it and there is no record of it being received at my post office.
This is ridiculous as not only was I not asked where I wanted it sent, but I was also told it would take 4 working days.
When I called in today to ask where it is, I was told it was sent to my post office (this being my cheque card that was cloned) and would take 10-15 days to get there.

I have not had access to internet banking to pay bills, and have to now queue to withdraw and walk around with cash all week.

As a Prestige customer, this is an insult. There is nothing Prestigious about banking with Standard if this is the service given
