My mother has been trying to call the call centre for an entire month everyday all day and received no response no one picks up the telephone no one responds to the faxes sent and when you do get someone on the other end they tell you to hold and then put down the telephone.

My question is if you have a problem who do you call to sort it out with this is not the every day dear old question of when will I receive my money there seems to be other problems of which the Cape Town office can not sort out and reffered her to JHB, now if only someone can call back it woud be fabulous.
