One the 17 January 2013 I fax the proof of payment for my daughter stationery and school clothes that i bought with my money to the office, two days later I call the office to confirm if the fax was receive. The last week of the month I call the office again for follow up and requested to speak some high that i lady call me back and told me that she was on leave. My question is as a trust they got my e-mail, telephone number and home telephone number but they could not give me a update of what is happen with my money that need to be transferred back to me. UNTIL TODAY I AM STILL WAITING '''

I re- fax the documents again this morning and call the office the guy by the name of Bradley promise that someone will call me back.
