Good day

It's been 6months and no responds from anyone @ the MIBF what a service.

Again today I call your call centre, the consultant takes the details and once again says my father qualifies for the Surplus fund. Then future investigations no he doesn't qualify cause he passed away before 2008. Question why is it that no one can answer the question if there is money available why is his wife and kids not entitled to get the money? All the staff can say it's the policy? Policy has to give you an answer.

I need a clear explanation as to what will be happening to my late father's funds which is available? Why are we not entitled to receive the funds? Who will be getting that money?

Your responds in this regard would be highly appreciated.
