Shocking Treatment of a Paying Custome

Booked my car in on Tuesday morning and explained that I need the vehicle back as soon as possible. No call was received as to the progress and Wednesday morning I made a turn at the workshop. The first thing I noticed is that The vehicle was not there (assumed it was in the back of the workshop) and was told that the climate control now works in another vehicle and mine has a wiring issue to sort out. Trevor stated he will call with feedback. Thursday morning I went past there and the vehicle was standing across the road out of view from the workshop. Later in the day I drove Past and the vehicle had not moved and stopped to ask what the problem was (a fair question!) and Trevor with a very bad and insulting attitude stated that it was a stupid question and if the car is or damaged it is my responsibility to which I had a problem! I asked what the attitude is for and he say that this is the way he is and if I have a problem I can take my car and f... leave. Long story short, nothing was done (from what i see in 3 days!), got treated like dirt for asking a fair question and got threatened to be careful as he is connected and will basically sort me out!!!
