I'm very angry and disappointed with African Bank.

In September I reported a transaction that I did not authorise in my credit card, I called the call centre and I was asked to send in 6 signatures, affidavit and copy of my ID to 0879430136. Monthly I kept on doing the follow up and I was told that my documents were received and the forensics are working on my case, I must call after 3 months as it takes 3 months for the investigation to be completed.
Yesterday I called again and I was told that I must called the Forensic department on 0112569396 by an agent with a Mahlangu surname, so today I finally got through this number, and I was told no case was opened under my name. I spoke to a very helpful lady by the name u Marilyn who only assigned the case to an investigator today at 12h40, as the call centre received documents but never sent them through to forensics. Now I'm without a credit card as it is blocked, I have to wait another 4 weeks for the investigation to be completed. After waiting for 3 months already.

I find this really unacceptable, actually it is disgusting that there is people who are getting paid but do not do their jobs properly.
