Case Turn Around Time

My ID was used to open an account at Jet Stores in DBN. This is now a dispute in my credit profile. I called Edgars/Jet and was asked to submit my ID and an Affidavit for the account to be cleared. I was told this takes 14 working days to clear. Its been 30 Days and when I call Edgards/Jet they have not even began working on or know about it. I'm know sitting with the inability to proceed with critical business in my everyday business because Edgars/Jet are unable to follow up with a store in DBN confirm my details with a legal bureau and send me a letter to say cleared. Mind you if their account opening was strict enough to do a credit check, this mistake would have been avoided from the get go.
