Was falsely sold a data contract over the phone. Was told I could cap the contract to limit data use and that I could return the sim card if I wasnt happy in first 7 days.
MTN would over NO assistance with sim card activation or setting the data cap because it was a FNB product - Fair enough
BUT FNB - everybody I spoke to passed the buck - One lady in store kindly gave me an email address - However No Response.
I then logged on to my internet banking to complain there - No response
How do you return a product within 7 days if NOBODY would take it back or assist
Needless to say the R39 is still being taken off my account monthly.
This has been ongoing for about 4 months.
