No response on new contract taken

I took out a new 8ta contract and did a sim swap to keep my existing number. On May 14 my sim card registered but I only received my free minutes. I never received my sms`s and data which is the important one as the Galaxy S4 always needs data. I spoke to the first 2 consultants at 8ta and they passed the buck by not wanting to assist and put me back into the hunting line. The next 2 consultants last week Wednesday promised me that somebody will call. Till now nobody has called, none of the call centre agents were helpful at all, nobody gave me proper information as to what will happen, I am starting to regret taking a new contract with 8ta. I cannot use the phone functions as there is no data and cannot send sms`s as I need data for watsapp and other social medias. I have no idea how long I must wait or if anyone will ever take time to actually assist but I am at a point of frustration now hence the complaint. This is far from good from 8ta especially for a new custome
