After battling for over 4 months with data on my Ipad, I was assisted by a lady at the call centre - Funiwe. Who helped sort that issue out and gave us the data that was not loaded.

After she loaded the 4G data, we used it and everything was ok.
Last week, we were unable to connect. After contacting the call centre in order to check what the problem is, we have been advised that the sim card has been suspended!! At first, the lady at the call centre was unable to tell us the exact reasons as to why it was suspended. Only then to say afterwards that it is because there is no airtime on the sim card!! And it shows on her side that it hasn't been used in 3 months!! How that is even shown on their system is a mystery as we have been using the sim card, despite the various struggles over the last 4 months & we have even loaded additional data on the sim when the contract data wasnt loaded

I sent Funiwe an email on the 17th Oct and loaded a note on facebook - TWICE and to date I have still not had an answer or assistance in 4 days. I am now left with a sim card that has been suspended and no answers.

The service levels across not only the call centre but the branches are pathetic.
