Misrepresentation of Contract

I recently bought a R99/m contract from Autopage which included a 7" Huawei MediaPad tablet and 500MB data per month.

It was explained to me that:
a. I have to pay R105 connection in the branch as activation fee
b. The Contract was for R99/m with no extra charges
c. I get 500MB data per month
d. I cannot make calls from this SIM card.

All I needed to know. Since I signed the contract 4 days before the end of the month, I got an account for R450 3 days later! This was for:
a. R52.63 - monthly payment on device, i.e. tablet
b. R7.19 - pro-rata data (for last 4 days of the month)
c. R53.95 - data fee for next month
d. R248.80 - out of bundle data??
e. R86.84 - telephony fee??

Not explained:
a. I only got pro-rata data for 3 days ~ 65MB. Any data over this was out of bundle.
Since I use 358MB of data ~300MB was out of bundle ~ R250 extra
b. If I can't make phone calls and paid a connection fee, why an extra R86 telephony

I called customer services to complain. They lady could not put me through to a manager. She promised to send me Call Ref No, which a week later I have not received.

Misrepresentation and poor customer services!
