Worste service and lack there of in cases!!!

2nd of September I found myself one of the many unlucky victims of activity on my account. I immediately reported the incident to the bank and informed them of the withdrawals taking place. I stopped my card and got a new one without being told I would be charged for it. I was told I would be contacted with the results of my case shortly. 3rd September my account is frozen without any notification, returning to the bank again to be told my details need to be updated and verified every 6 months else they freeze your account. THANKS FOR TELLING ME. Back to the bank with proof of residency after being promised it can be unfrozen immediately, but turns out you cant draw cash or pay within the 1st 24 hours and I should use the tellers. To which i did and once again wasn't told I would be charged for this transaction as well. It has now been 2 and a half months and I have had no assistance in the return of my money! I have called the line multiple times waiting up to an hour and a half for my call to be answered. Only to be told by multiple people that my matter has been escalated and I would be phoned in 3 days. Never happened! Terrible and disgusting!
