9 Months awaiting forWesbank to reregister my Ca

Good day

My car has been reposed in October 2012 I recieved the car back in Dec 2012 the car Has been rerigesterd back to Wesbank when they reposed it. From Dec 2012 I tried to get the car back on to my name as the account holder. But for some reason no one in the hole of WESBANK can assist me to do this I keep sending mails and making calls. NO ONE can understant that the car has to be rerigisterd on to my name. they keep transfering me from one department to another with no sucsess. I cant renew my licens as the car is not on my name as account holder. 9 Moths that I have been strugeling treid agin for the million time today no sucsess. Is there any one in wesbank who will be able to get this sorted for me.
