Budget Insurance
BAD SERVICE!!

Novemder 2012, my car was damaged. What followed was a nightmare of probably the poorest communiaction & NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES which led to bad service. I am even thinking of changing insurance company. My car was taken in by budget insurance and they advised mechanics were closing for the festive season in december 2012 & I received an sms that my car will be ready by 11 Jan 2013 which didnt happen, the was told it will be ready 25 Jan 2013 which didnt happen then it was 30 January which is not going to happen because I just received an sms that it will now be ready 08 Feb 2013 (which might not even happen), It was just excuse after another. I received a courtesy car on 11 January as courtesy for not keeping up to their promise how ever it was demanded back on 25 Jan 2013 by (Lavern JHB supervisor) even though my car was not ready. When I asked her what do they expect me to do as their client who has never claim and is paying premiums accordingly, she advised there is nothing they can do Its my own problem. I have been very patient with budget insurance but I have had ENOUGH! I am stil left stranded without a vehicle. I will never recommend them to anyone. BAD SERVICE!!
