Dial Direct Insurance
Courtesy car extension or bring back my car soon

Good morning

On the 20th of January 2014 I took my cars for repairs at Dial Direct insurance, they told me to go to Budget car rental to get a courtesy car and I can use it for two weeks but since I was not feeling well I decided to go get it on the 25th of January 2014. On the 9th of February I have to return the car cause my 2 weeks to use the car will be over. I have to call dial direct almost everyday to find out when I m getting my car but they keep on telling me that someone will get back to me and update me, I have a problem cause they gave me a rented car for two weeks but it's taking them almost 3 weeks just to finish repairing the car, I work in Johannesburg and use the car to drop my kids at school and pick them up at after care, how am I going to cope without a car cause I use it everyday. I called dial direct yesterday to extend my car hire but they refuse, if they refuse to extend my car hire then they should give me my car before I return their courtesy car on the 9th of February
