Budget Insurance - Pathetic service

I was recently reversed into by a client of Budget Insurance (3rd March 2013).
For 3 days the client did not return home or answer my phone calls but finally the client submitted a claim so that i could claim third party. I only had the new vehicle 2 days when the client of Budget reversed into me, hence why i did not want to use my insurance company.
I had a quotation done at Forsdicks which was for R19, 000, Budget Insurance then did an assessment of the damage and responded with a quotation also from Forsdicks for R11, 000. They offered me the cash which i obviously refused since the vehicle is still on Motor Plan and can only be insured by Fordicks Parow. I have also asked Budget Insurance for a copy of the R11, 000 quotation as i want to compare it to the original quote i had received for R19, 000. But they have not sent this to me yet. I want to be assured that the same repairs will be attended to in the reduced quotation, with the guarantee of replaced and not repaired parts as well as a guarantee to match the paint and labour.
I have now waited three weeks to sort this all out and still i do not know when my vehicle will be booked into Forsdicks. Too frustrating!
