Feedback on the progress of my claim

My car was bumped by one of the Outsurance client around January 2013 with my husband driving. The client then registered a claim immediately however unfortunately we could not come into an amicable decision with OutSurance on the payments of the claim. I then decided to process the claim with my insurance this was around July/August 2013. I was then informed by Lutendo Masithulela that Yagya Kamaar will be handling my claim. The assessor then came the next day and checked the car and I forwarded to him the quotation from the Panelbeaters and also advised him that he should refer me to another panelbeater who is VW approved. I did not receive any response from him either.
I followed up with Lutendo & Yagya on the 18 September 2013 who requested me to send through the Third party and police case details. I send the information after -3days.
I waited and waited for update but did not receive any. I then sent another e-mail 30 October 2013 to both Lutendo & Yagya but till today I have not received feedback as to what is the next step with regards to the claim.
My plans from the beginning was to fix my car before November in preparation of the festive season however ABSA insurance
