My car was bumped by one of the outsurance client around January 2013 with my husband driving. The client then registered a claim immediately. There requested us to send documents pertaining to the car which I did. They also told us to take the car for assessment which we also did in the beginning of March 2013. We have not heard from the insurance since then and my husband has been following up with the lady by the name of Nontobeko Nxasane. This lady keeps on making empty promises saying she will get back to him which she has not done nor even offer an apology to explain why she is failing to handle our claim.
This issue has been going on for almost 3 months now and no one from the insurance company has given us professional service from the start.
My request is that please handle this claim with immediate effect, I am not a member of Outsurance and do not see myself joining the company or recommending it to anyone due to the horrible service I have been offered thus far.
Can I please have someone assist me as a matter of urgency.
