Std refuses wth my R50

I had a prblm bfore with std it was resolved thnx to hellopeter.then when i went to the std durban Albert street branch the manager there refused to give me the R50 which i paid to open the account.she said i must contact the ppl whom helped me close the account.when i asked if that was done in cpt as i am in durban would i hv to travel for the R50 she said yes and worked away.really std is the worse bank eva.most of the branches there are African managers which is a curse because they don't want to put any effort they are lazy they give us all African ppl a bad name.i want my R50 plz i need it.if the ppl at the bank can't do there jobs then they should leave i wouldn't mind taking there jobs
