I am new client and already starting off on a bad note. I've recently purchased my vehicle through them, my 1st instalment to be on the 01/10/13. In Sept I called the call centre to enquire if I could move my d/o to the 27th instead of the 1st and further asked if I could do this even I have not yet paid my 1st one. The consultant I spoke advised me that I could do that which I then asked there would be any charges added as I would not want that to happen, to my surprise she said no, then I moved the date to be 27/10. I the received a statement reflecting R2303.95 for a restructure amendment??? On the 01/11 I call the call centre, spoke to Velaphi, explained my situation and she then said she will refer the matter to her superior to listen to the call and revert back to me the same day. It is now the 06/11 and still waiting for a call back!!!
