I called in after noticing that my home loan debit order was going to bounce and i spoke to a very professional lady on the 27th September 2013. She asked me to pay in what i have on me and call back again the next week to make arrangement which i did. I called back again and spoke to a very rude lady who told me she cannot help and she will not make an arrangement as we just decided without talking to the bank about depositing the money. I tried to explain that i called earlier but she would not listen. I immediately called the complains line and they promised to get back to me. They sent an email a week ago promising to get back to me. Up to now i am still waiting. We are told to call in an tell but I have been failed by such a big institution.
