I requested for an account balance on the 16/05/2013 at 10:30 on the call centre line and was advised i have 2 months left and should pay R2004 in june and 2004 in July. I called in requesting for my vehicle reg. documents once payments was made and was advised there is still an amount outstanding. Spoke to a team leader Andre Williams last week and he was not very pleasant, he threatened me with the system after i asked him a 100 times to listen to the call and then advice according to what was said by his consultant.
All i wanted was for him to listen and admit that i was given wrong information by his consultant and we could have come to an agreement. His leadership and people, client skills is pethatic to the core.
